At least three 8-week courses at The Pottery Hut, with a signed recommendation from your last instructor that you are ready to transition to using the facility independently and a portfolio of your work.

OR

Provide proof of experience with clay in another location – letter of recommendation from a clay artist/administrator, and provide a portfolio of work.

OR

Provide a letter of recommendation from a ceramics teacher at a college or high school and provide a portfolio of work. Example, Sheridan College, OCAD , Fleming ECT ECT

*Our membership option is only available to artists who are able to work safely and independently in the studio. We ask that you have taken a minimum of three 8 week courses*

*Basic and flexible members are only permitted to use the studio from 6am-10pm*

• Studio tools

• Finished work must be removed weekly.

• Clay (you can purchase clay from us - we add a small fee for shipping and handling - or we can facilitate the purchase through our suppliers). NO outside clay or glazes unless approved by us!
